Which shoes to choose mmmm????
First thing in the morning (6 am on a school day *sigh*) I stumble out to the kitchen, put the kettle on, turn on the computer and let the dog out (spoiled hound sleeps inside). I glanced out the window this morning and half noticed that there had been a heavy frost, a very heavy frost. It was still dark and I didn’t really take that much notice because my eyes needed coffee. Does that happen to you? Do your eyes see things but fail to send the messages to your brain, but once you have had your first coffee the images start hitting you hard and fast?
Anyway the dog hadn’t appeared, asking to be let outside (sook). So I drank my coffee and did all the essential first thing in the morning stuff like checking my emails and quickly reading a few blogs. Then it dawned on me it wasn’t a heavy frost it was snow. YAY..
There was less than 2 inches of snow but it was enough to make me Happy..
And then I was faced with a dilemma, which shoes do I choose?
Hmmm tough decision..
But it worked for me.
I balance amazing cooking with indifferent housekeeping. Vacuuming is definitely bad for your soul. Unless someone else does it, then it is B.A.D for your ears as well... *sigh*

Hmmmmph. I can SEE the snow on our hills, but none settled here.
But the good news? It rained ALL night.

It’s teasing us by being cold enough in the Melb suburbs to chill the balls off a brass monkey but not, apparently, for snow.

It was totally freeeeezing here last night, but obviously not quite as cold as at yours. Snow! How awesome! Don’t eat the yellow snow though

Those shoes DO rock! It’s so weird to think about snow when it is 92 degrees here in the northern part of the US. I’m curious. What are your school term dates? Are you off during your summer (our winter)? That would be weird to move in high school and try to figure out how to switch terms. I don’t know why I just thought of that!

We had a little snow here in the Adelaide Hills last week, but I’m told it didn’t last long. I have never seen snow in my entire life. except on tv or the internet, but that doesn’t count.
