All so beautiful but my favourite has GOT to be the spider’s web, the way the light hits it and turns it gold…..wow! And of course your handsome Harry! And the sunsets! Dammit, all of them! Woof, lol xx

I think these could be the best ever. The word amazing comes to mind, but it doesn’t say enough.

Veronica February 22, 2009 at 6:45 pm

Love the skies (you knew I would though). The snail and reflection are both great too. Like the macros as well.

Marylin February 22, 2009 at 7:30 pm

Beautiful shots Kim! :) Love the last shot the most I think… although the snail one comes close too.

Secret Mom Thoughts February 22, 2009 at 11:02 pm

Lovely shots…all of them! I particularly like the close-up of the snail.

Barbara February 23, 2009 at 2:37 am

Is the first one a cat’s eye? I like that one best I think but they’re all fabulous as usual.

My fave is the golden web:)) Sorry for being absent:)) Hugs

Hyphen Mama February 23, 2009 at 8:51 am

You see things in this world that most people just pass by. I gasped outloud when I saw the first one of the eye! Wynnie wondered what I was so excited about and came a running.

Your dog… I must tell you again that I <3 him. I want to bury my nose in his neck and hide away. Harry? His aura says “I will love you unconditionally”. I could be totally off and he’d tear my throat out and eat my liver.

perpstu February 23, 2009 at 9:45 am

Those are amazing! I love the first snail shot and the trees in the sunset are stunning!

You HAVE to put up a warning when you include photos of bugs!!! I’m going to have nightmares tonight.

I love your skinks. I’m still trying to capture my geckos. They’re super fast little buggers.

river February 23, 2009 at 4:21 pm

Now that the last few pictures have loaded I have to say I LOVE the water spray on the fence.

frogpondsrock February 23, 2009 at 5:01 pm

@ Secret Agent Mama, they look very snakey but they are skinks.. smallish lizards. Those ones are full grown and about 4 or 5 inches long

@ Barbara, that is Tilly the cat’s eye..she wasn’t impressed because I used the flash..oops

@AvrilThe lizards are in my kitchen garden and I sneak up on them. I put the camera into telephoto macro mode and shoot using the burst mode as well. I was lucky with those shots I got three good ones before one of the lizards moved away. I am trying to photograph butterflies at the moment and they are almost impossible to get *sigh*

Gemma February 23, 2009 at 6:44 pm

Amazing collection of photos! I really love the orange glowing clouds, the intricate spider web and the spary of water and droplets on the wire mesh.
