Photodriving is probably a crime. oooops.
By the time I left the hospital on the night that I had to have Mum admitted, it was dark and raining. The wet night perfectly suited my dark mood.
I took photographs all the way home.
I made it home without incident and the next morning I took these.

I love the driving in the rain shots. Did you press the lens right up against the windshield to get those? did you have to set your camera for night shooting? I’m guessing you couldn’t use the flash because of oncoming traffic. The last sunrise photo is fantastic.

@River, I balanced the camera on the steering wheel So that I could keep on driving. I set the camera ISO to 1250 which makes the camera use all the available light. No, no flash at all.I liked the sunrise shots as well because the rainy shots were dark like my mood but the sunrise shots were to remind me that tomorrow really is another day. Mum is getting tired of being sick and her pain is getting stronger.I want to be down at the hospital 24/7 and it is really frustrating that I need to be up here as well. Thanks again for the chocolates.
Like all of your photography, these shots are perfect. It took me a minute, though, to remember that you guys drive on the wrong side of the road.

There’s something about rain in the city and beautiful skies in the country.
This morning there was fog and it slowly cleared to a sunny winter’s day. It makes me feel that there is a happy ending somewhere.

P.S I photodrive too. The fog looks beautiful on the river and the bridge down the road. When I showed Nathan the photos he wasn’t impressed because I was still pregnant then and ‘put myself in danger’. Oops.

Hi first time here. I was just stumbling around and noticed your picture taken while driving. I took a similar picture (my wife was driving). Digital cameras allow you to experiment more since you don’t worry about film and get instant feedback.
