Totally knackered but solvent ;-) Have caught up with the events in TAS, busy, busy aren't you! Love the pictures - but then, I always do. Will you be able to use up all of the peaches? I have a recipe for Peach Marmalade which is very good if you are interested. If I ever live somewhere long enough to get a decent crop together I think I'd invest in a de-hydrator (?sp), it would save a fortune in dried fruits over the Winter months. Yay, I’m back home again!
