Sunday Selections #10

Wow! This is the tenth Sunday Selections post, the time has gone really quickly.

I am really enjoying this meme, though I must admit that sometimes I get stuck in my photo archives daydreaming away for ages.

So without further ado, here are my photos this week.

Anyone can join in with this Photo Meme, “Sunday Selections” but I do ask that you only add your link if you are joining in with Sunday Selections, as links that are off topic or spam will be removed. Also be careful when you are adding your URL as the Mr Linky will remember your old URL and we will click onto an old post.

Here is the weekly blurb.

I take a lot of photos and most of them are just sitting around in folders on my desktop not doing anything. I thought that a dedicated post once a week would be a good way to share some of these photos that  otherwise wouldn’t be seen by anyone other than me.

I am also remarkably absent minded and I put photos into folders and think  that I will publish them later on and then then I never do.

So I  have started a photo meme that anyone can join in and play as well. The rules are so simple as to be virtually non existent.

Just add your name and URL to the Mr Linky.

Publish your photos on your blog using the “Sunday Selection” title.

Link back here to me.

Easy Peasy.

Somehow I managed to post the link twice to an old Sunday Selections. It seems the third time was the charm.

I’ve been meaning to join in for the last few weeks, and managed to sort through some old photos this afternoon.

I love the black and white photo, but I can’t work out if they are flowers or…?

  • Francesca March 13, 2011, 8:05 pm

It is great to return and find that you are still posting stunning photographs every Sunday!

  • Jientje March 14, 2011, 12:51 am

Spiders, sunflowers, … dried flowers … It looks like Fall is slowly kicking in where you are huh? I posted some of my favorite Spring photos I made these last couple of weeks.

  • april March 14, 2011, 4:34 am

I have no love for spiders but that pic of the sunflower rocks.

the colors against a background of no color is beautiful.

  • Avril March 14, 2011, 5:55 am

Just like Cherie … couldn’t decide on a topic so I made a selection from photos I took this weekend!
Love your selection of random photos – the last one looks like a UFO peeping through the clouds !!

  • Mary March 14, 2011, 9:49 am

Magic! I didn’t get any sunflowers this year…maybe the birds got my seeds or the snails got my seedlings…grrrrr-nature!
Who is the artist who made the plates at Garagistes? Everyone was commenting….

  • janet March 14, 2011, 9:54 am

Pretty shots…I love the bugs on the pottery !

  • Jay from The Depp Effect March 14, 2011, 9:58 am

Ohh, I love your woodlice!! And the spider.. but I just love tiny creatures.

The other photos are beautiful, but it’s those that stand out for me, and also the last one. Weirdly compelling with that angle!

  • Kristy March 16, 2011, 1:24 am

Ooh, the details on the spider one! Very good!

  • Jess March 16, 2011, 5:57 am

GAAAH! Are those cockroaches?! I can handle many things, but not la cucarachas!

Love the sunflower – one of my favorites! As usual – love your pics 🙂

I love the idea behind this. Coincidentally I was only relecting in a blog post this morning about photos taken but languishing invisibly on a hard drive.
