The Blurb.
I take a lot of photos and most of them are just sitting around in folders on my desktop not doing anything. I thought that a dedicated post once a week would be a good way to share some of these photos that otherwise wouldn’t be seen by anyone other than me.
I am also remarkably absent minded and I put photos into folders and think that I will publish them later on and then then I never do.
So I have started a photo meme that anyone can join in and play as well. The rules are so simple as to be virtually non existent.
Just add your name and URL to the Mr Linky.
Publish your photos on your blog using the “Sunday Selections” title.

oooh is that a face I see in the fourth one? Interesting shots.
I see horses 🙂
I had to come back for another look. I can see a horse in the third now…. a la man from snowy river. I can kinda see horses in the 4th but that face still jumps out at me.
Bugger,I cant see the face at all, the horses are in the way.
The first hand print makes me think of an alien, the second an x-ray.
Is it snowing in #4, or is it just that it has snowed? Did you put an effect on the photo? It’s …. curious.
I always love looking up at a bridge/construction like in the last one 🙂
They were my prints on the bathroom sink. It was a seriously icy morning and the fingers reminded me of the fingers of rock on the mountain.
In number four It was snowing. I had raced home from work so that I wouldn’t have to stay the night in the city and I took that photo in low light. The photo has had very minor editing. I upped the contast by about 4% and sharpened the image slightly and that was it.
I took that photo as I was driving home last night and that image is also only very lightly edited as well.
Love the textures and the movement in these. Thanks.
Thank you 🙂 I have been thinking about ghosts a lot this past week or so and ghost horses have been popping up in my images. I am pleased you like them.
wow all very beautiful images x
🙂
I like the fourth one 🙂
Oh wow, I just looked again and saw the horses! Now I like it even more 🙂 🙂
cool!
I love the underside of the bridge best.
I thought you would respond to the bridge shot River 🙂 the lines were very nice.
The bridge one is a goodie, love the handprint ones, too, the blue one I like best 🙂
The blue one shows my ghost horses. I will blog them soon.
I love the lines in that last pic. You capture the most interesting things ….
They re just the things I see Amanda 🙂
I can see the horses, too!
Yay!
Oooh, I like those – especially the cobalt blue, and the last one in monochrome! Beautiful shots!
I’ve been missing for a while, but here I am again. 🙂
I am pleased that you are back, I had missed you.
I can see Pac Man in the fourth one 🙂
The horses are in the way Barb, they are all I can see. I looked for Pac Man but he is hiding from me.

Silly blogger is silly. Please don’t apologise or feel any pressure to comment Cherie, I am always pleased to see you and I wouldn’t want to contribute to any stress by making you feel you had to comment 🙂
Fun pics here !!! I like !!!
Thanks Avril they are some of my favourite shots as well. Also the cuteness overload on your blog has started my day off very well. Thank you for those gorgeous photos.
Those look like someone was having fun playing with photography! Love the first two!
I was having fun. I have been thinking about what I see and how other people don’t seem to see see what I see. My husband is used to me photographing strange things but even he got a bit “eye-rolly” at me photographing my handprints.
