I take a lot of photos and most of them are just sitting around in folders on my desktop not doing anything. I thought that a dedicated post once a week would be a good way to share some of these photos that otherwise wouldn’t be seen by anyone other than me.
I am also remarkably absent minded and I put photos into folders and think that I will publish them later on and then then I never do.
So I have started a photo meme that anyone can join in and play as well. The rules are so simple as to be virtually non existent.
Just add your name and URL to the Mr Linky.
Publish your photos on your blog using the “Sunday Selections” title.

Easy Peasy.
I am still away from home at the Woodfiring Conference. I wont be near my computer until late tonight, so I will be a bit late checking out all your entries and replying to your comments.

oooh are they ducks? Hope you had fun at the conference. It sounds interesting.
Yes they are “black ducks” they were nesting on a dam next door to us. The conference was fantastic. I learned heaps 🙂
They look almost prehistoric the way you have captured them. I wouldn’t even be game to take an in-flight shot!
I like the movement in the photo
The photo feels like it is moving. Very neat.
I’ve dug through the last 12 months of pictures to find photo’s I’d not used on the blog for todays post 🙂
You have captured the movement soooo well.
It looks like their in a hurry! Hope the Woodfire is going well. X
Woodfire Tas was amazing. It was a rare chance to pick the brains of some of the best people in their field. I had a great time.
wow! That is Brilliant Kim 😉
I have been staring at it for 15 mins already watching the bird #2nd You captured this so well x
Thanks Dannie 🙂
Great action shot Kim.
What a good action shot. Birds in flight always make good photos.
Quack, quack! Now I know what the phrase “the scenery rushed by really means”. I’m always fascinated that they fly at speed through the shrubs but never hit anything.
Me as well. They are so fast.
Great shots of the birds in flight. Enjoy the conference 🙂
Great shot of the birds in flight. Enjoy the conference 🙂
lovely feel and subtle texture.
Oh I came back to check some other people’s links and suddenly they are not here – Sorry people that I didn’t get to visit.
Ignore that, now they have appeared, bloody cyberspace.
Damn tricky technology, likes to mess with our heads.
A Woodfiring Conference? Sounds intriguing. Suppose it has to do with ceramics. But the ducks clearly think it’s a conference about roasted duck 😉 Enjoy the conference. Will you show us the results of your woodfired ceramics?
Yes I will Carolina, I don’t have any woodfired ceramics of my own yet. But I did buy some gorgeous works while I was at the conference and I will write a post once I am home and all sorted.
I cheated a little (again) I was doing a challenge to take 10 photos of my town so I will post them over here as well 🙂
Kim I hope you are having a wonderful time, can’t wait to hear all about it!
I have learned heaps Barb, and taken another step towards knowing who I am artistically. It has been great.
I”m so glad you had a great time and learned a lot. Sounds just wonderful 🙂
Love the movement here. Just awesome.
