I am quickly writing this while I am at work today, so I hope it isn’t too disjointed as I keep on stopping to chat with customers coming into the shop.
The Blurb
I take a lot of photos and most of them are just sitting around in folders on my desktop not doing anything. I thought that a dedicated post once a week would be a good way to share some of these photos that otherwise wouldn’t be seen by anyone other than me.
I am also remarkably absent minded and I put photos into folders and think that I will publish them later on and then then I never do.
So I have started a photo meme that anyone can join in and play as well. The rules are so simple as to be virtually non existent.
Just add your name and URL to the Mr Linky.
Publish your photos on your blog using the “Sunday Selections” title.

Easy Peasy.

They are all a joy as always but I love the moon shot, and also the ceramics. Yours? Truly beautiful. Thanks.
The ceramics are a pair of my shells. I grabbed these photos from my blog archives as I am at work and didn’t have time to put a post up before I left. I am pleased you like them. thanks 🙂
Fire is always impressive, but the ice crystals are gorgeous.
Thanks lovely 🙂 I took those last year. There was just something about the photo I really liked .
Every week, there is something you pull out of the photographic hat. For me, its the contrast. Woah! Great ones.
Loved in particular numbers 3,4,5.
Thanks Kim.
I am pleased you like the photos Denyse. I just keep on posting stuff I like.
The ceramics are cool. At first I thought they were fish but can see the shells now.
Oh WOW. These are all winners. I especially love the fire, the DOF in the snow, the sunset looks like its mirrored and … you KNOW how much I love a good moon shot 🙂
I couldn’t take my eyes off the fire! It’s almost as calming as watching real fire.
love these shots. Finally have got around to rejoining your linky thingy. I really like the last 3 shots!
The fire looks so alive! And the ice crystals look like boiling water, I wondered how you dared get your camera so close to a boiling pot!
@Denyse Whelan; I don’t seem to be able to read your blog anymore. Every link I click takes me to a google page.
Not joining in today but happy to admire from afar.
I love the fire one – it’s so mesmerising in a weird sort of way.
Like River I thought the crystals were water, and I was blown away (still am, but now in two ways 🙂 ), and I love the contrast between this photo and the fire one.
